My name is Monica Smith and I have Cerebral Palsy from a lack of oxygen at birth.  My speech was affected.  I have a startle reflex in my right arm which I can’t control so would you be an arm reach away from it to make sure I don’t hit you.  I am relaxed when you are on the left of me.  Don’t get behind me.  Pass the word.  Thanks
