At Alliance of Abilities, we’re proud to offer a supportive Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) program that helps members take meaningful steps toward long-term employment.
When someone joins our clubhouse program, we begin by learning about their existing skills and identifying areas where support or training might be helpful. From there, we guide each member through a personalized path that may include job readiness training, job searching, paid internships, and ultimately, placement in competitive, long-term employment.
Our goal is to help every member find a job that matches their strengths, builds confidence, and supports a fulfilling life.
