Employment Program through Alliance of Abilities

In our organization's effort to assist our members in fulfilling our mission, Alliance of Abilities developed a Vocational Training Program offering transitional employment options in mid-June of 2015.
Our program places members into part-time (15-20 hours/week), temporary (6-9 months) positions with local employers at prevailing wage rates in the employer's place of business as a way to provide members with on-the-job training. Our organization is responsible for training, placement, coverage, liability, and processing.
